Roasted Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese

This week we had butternut squash in the CSA bag and I wanted to use it multiple ways. No Bake Desserts (Recipe Redux)

When I read what the topic was for this months Recipe Redux feature, there were many no-bake items that came to mind.
