What is the Paleo Diet?

                The Paleo diet trend seems to be off and running.  During the last year it seems that more than half of the recipes pinned on Pinterest are “Paleo inspired” recipes.  The Paleo diet is also known as the Caveman Diet or the Stone Age Diet. Organic vs Non-Organic Milk?
