Roasted Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese

This week we had butternut squash in the CSA bag and I wanted to use it multiple ways. One night we had roasted butternut squash with honey-glazed salmon. This dinner was great, but I feel like the real "magic" happened with my leftovers. 4-H Invest an Acre Grant

4-H Invest An Acre, and the Howard Buffett Foundation are working together to provide grants to local 4-H clubs and counties to combat local hunger. By teaming up with Invest An Acre, 4-H can reach out to the people who grow the food for our nation. I am lucky enough to be able to work with St. Bernard’s Child Care, Troop 380, and the Extension Office in Douglas/Sarpy Counties with this grant.  We built 4 raised beds this week and planted
