As far as vegetables go, Brussels sprouts are pretty foreign to me. I was in for a little surprise when I picked up our latest CSA bag to find them on a stem like this! I've always liked the idea of stuffed peppers, but the one time I tried making them it just wasn't anything special. They were fine, but nothing really worth making again. If you've ever been in a cooking rut, you might have made spaghetti as a easy, no-brainer meal, but this recipe adds something a little extra to make it special, HOMEMADE SAUCE.
