National School Food Service Breakfast Week!

We continue to celebrate National School Food Service Week with guest blogs from actual students with terrific recipes!

Why is breakfast important?

Breakfast is important because it keeps you active and energetic to be ready for a day of school.

What happens if you skip breakfast?

If you skip breakfast, then you won’t be that much active or energetic for the day. You won’t feel well either (you’ll be starving!).

What is your favorite breakfast?

My favorite breakfast is sausage biscuit because you get whole grains, meat and dairy (cheese).
