Did you Know Dairy………

      I had the privilege of spending the last two days at a training presented by the Midwest Dairy Association. I was surrounded by extremely professional, passionate individuals who were dedicated to getting the message out about the benefits of dairy products. I met dietitians and farm families, all of which knew the importance of dairy consumption. I have always been a firm believer in the power of dairy, and it shows when I go to the grocery store every week.

Gearing Up for Gardening

  It’s snowing outside, 18 degrees with a wind chill that makes it feel even colder.  Why am I talking about gardening-right?  This is the PERFECT time to start planning your spring garden!  Get your children involved too!
