Why is breakfast important?  It is the first meal of the day.

What happens if you skip breakfast?  If you skipped breakfast, you would be hungry and not fully energized for the day. Your brain would not get the fuel it needs.

What is your favorite breakfast?  Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
