H1N1 (Swine Flu) – Just the Facts, Please!

There is a tremendous amount of information in the media circulating about the H1N1 flu virus (a.k.a. swine flu). I would like to offer a few research based articles to ease your concern. The best advice currently is to wash your hands and stay home if you are sick. If you are sick with H1N1 flu-like symptoms, you should seek medical help. This is the same information that health professionals offer all year long in regards to keeping you and your family healthy and safe. In addition, handling or eating pork will not give you the H1N1 (swine) flu. Pork is perfectly safe to eat.
