Our goal is to help people find\u00a0ways to eat healthy on a daily basis in an informal and personal way. We enjoy providing specific tips for individuals to improve their\u00a0lives. Carrie&#8217;s articles do a wonderful job of empowering people to live the lifestyle of &#8220;all foods fit&#8221;. Carrie is a Registered Dietitian with a Master degree in Nutritional Science and Dietetics and a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise. Employed by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension Nutrition Education Program teaching limited resource audiences.<\/p>\n<h3>CINDY<\/h3>\n<p>Cindy shares her passion of\u00a0food safety and\u00a0preparation\u00a0with many touching and humorous moments that\u00a0occur in her ever changing and hectic life.\u00a0Cindy&#8217;s articles frequently enlighten people on ways to\u00a0handle their food\u00a0in a safe manner to\u00a0keep food borne illness outbreaks from occurring.\u00a0Cindy has been in the nutrition field since 1989. She has a Master of Science degree in Home Economics with a major in Community Nutrition. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics with a major in Dietetics.<\/p>\n<h3>JOAN<\/h3>\n<p>Joan has a particular interest in helping families eat healthy. With the birth of their first daughter, the reality of how eating healthy could easily fall to the wayside for a healthy family became apparent. Joan&#8217;s articles often focus on ways to make healthy eating easier because if it&#8217;s easy, we&#8217;re more likely to do it. Joan is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.\u00a0Member of the American Dietetic Association, the Omaha District Dietetic Association, the Weight Management Dietetics Practice Group, and the Society for Nutrition Education.<\/p>\n<h3>NANCY<\/h3>\n<p>Nancy&#8217;s\u00a0knowledge\u00a0of food preparation and safety\u00a0are evident in her selection of postings for the blog.\u00a0She\u00a0enjoys taking ingredients\u00a0and preparing dishes that her family will\u00a0find\u00a0tasty yet nutritious.\u00a0Nancy wants to show you how to make\u00a0your time in the kitchen easy and enjoyable.\u00a0\u00a0Nancy brings twenty years of Food Safety and Nutrition experience to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension Service. She holds a degree in Family Consumer Science and Secondary Education from Wayne State College.
