{"id":4776,"date":"2013-02-20T14:49:22","date_gmt":"2013-02-20T20:49:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nutritionknowhow.org\/wordpress\/?p=4776"},"modified":"2013-08-06T20:22:45","modified_gmt":"2013-08-06T20:22:45","slug":"so-little-time-so-much-to-do","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutritionknowhow.org\/blog\/g\/so-little-time-so-much-to-do\/","title":{"rendered":"So Little Time, So Much To Do"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While we will continue to post regularly to this blog, we will be featuring\u00a0bonus blogs\u00a0written by guests that also specialize in nutrition and physical activity education.\u00a0\u00a0The following\u00a0blog is\u00a0written by\u00a0UNL Dietetic Intern, Lauren Huckabee.\u00a0 She has spent the last two weeks shadowing our UNL Extension Nutrition Education Program staff and has assisting in teaching our program participants.\u00a0 Below she offer some good insight into how to &#8220;plan&#8221; and make exercise and nutritious eating fit into your busy life.<\/p>\n<p>Submitted\u00a0by Lauren Huckabeee:<\/p>\n<p>The year 2012 signified a season of change in my life: college graduation, a wedding, and the beginning of my Dietetic Internship.\u00a0 Life quickly picked up pace, and has yet to slow down as 2013 gets off to a speedy and dynamic start.\u00a0 While juggling all of my various activities, I learned first hand the need to utter (and sometimes scream) those common phrases we often hear, \u201cI am too busy!
