good dip.\u00a0 Food dip that is.\u00a0 Below is a great collection of my friends and families favorite dip recipes.\u00a0 These dips are sure to\u00a0be a hit at your summer events.\u00a0 Please\u00a0share your favorite dip recipe below in the &#8220;Leave a Reply&#8221; section.<\/p>\n<p>For the health conscious dippers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">Decrease fat content by choosing lower fat ingredients such as reduced fat cream cheese and reduced fat mayonnaise.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">Experiment with using plain yogurt in place of sour cream.\u00a0 This will decrease the fat content and boost the calcium content.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">Serve vegetables with dips that are traditionally served with bread or chips.\u00a0 It is a low calorie way to sneak in extra nutrients,\u00a0fiber, and antioxidants.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Peanut Butter Dip<br \/>\n<strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/nutritionknowhow.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/apple-dip.jpg\" width=\"264\" height=\"204\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">\u00bd\u00a0cup vanilla flavored yogurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">\u00bd cup creamy peanut butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">\u00bc cup miniature chocolate chips<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nMix all ingredients and serve with apples, celery\u00a0or pretzels.<\/p>\n<p>Neely&#8217;s Famed Veggie Dip<br \/>\n<strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/nutritionknowhow.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/vegetabledip.jpg\" width=\"264\" height=\"204\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup reduced fat sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Hellman&#8217;s reduced fat mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 cup\u00a0shredded mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Tablespoon Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Tablespoon dried parsley<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Tablespoon\u00a0dried onion<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon garlic \/>\n<\/strong>Char&#8217;s Fruit Dip<br \/>\n<strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/nutritionknowhow.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/fruitdip2.jpg\" width=\"264\" height=\"204\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup low-fat sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 cup\u00a0skim milk<\/li>\n<li>1 package instant vanilla pudding<\/li>\n<li>8 ounces crushed pineapple (don&#8217;t drain)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shredded coconut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nMix all ingredients and place in the refrigerator for\u00a0at least 30 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n<p>Hot Corn Dip<br \/>\n<strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">1 (15 ounce) can\u00a0white corn<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">1 ( 15 ounce) can yellow corn<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">1 (10 ounce) can\u00a0diced tomatoes with green chili peppers, drained<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">1 (8 ounce) package\u00a0reduced fat cream cheese, diced and softened<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">\u00bd teaspoon chili powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.666666984558105px;\">chopped fresh cilantro, to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to\u00a0350\u00b0F\u00a0degrees<\/li>\n<li>In medium baking dish, mix white corn, yellow corn, diced tomatoes, with green chili peppers, cream cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, and cilantro.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes or until hot and
