to Hand Combat with Germs!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Flu season has arrived a little early this year.\u00a0 We once worried about just the common cold. \u00a0Now we also have to think about H1N1 and Norovirus.\u00a0 It doesn&#8217;t matter what virus we are talking about, all can be decreased by a few basic actions.\u00a0 First, wash your hands&#8211;often!\u00a0 Try and wash them at least before meals and after using the restroom.\u00a0 Second, sneeze into your elbow.\u00a0 This will keep germs off of your hands, where you are able to spread them to others.\u00a0 Never sneeze into the air&#8211;you could infect an entire room full of people with just one sneeze!\u00a0 Finally, take care of yourself.\u00a0 Stay home when you are sick.\u00a0 Stay hydrated and decrease your stress levels.\u00a0 Also, sanitize areas at home, especially if someone is ill.\u00a0 This will decrease the chances of you getting ill.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few resources to use in your battle against
