\u00a0Give it a try today!<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\" data-rating=\"#rating#\">\n<div class=\"item ERName\">Vanilla Ice Cream with Strawberry Reduction!<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\"><span class=\"xlate\">Recipe Type<\/span>: <span class=\"type\">Dessert<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Author: <span class=\"author\">Adapted from Vanilla Ice Cream by Paula Deen<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves: <span class=\"yield\">10-12<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSummary summary\">I reduced the fat calories by using fat free evaporated milk. It left the creamy mouth-feel without all of the fat and calories.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 Davidson\u2019s Safest Choice Eggs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 \u00bd cups sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 (12 oz) cans fat free evaporated milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup skim milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 Tbsp vanilla<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pound fresh or frozen strawberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mix all ingredients except the strawberries. Place in a large ice cream freezer and follow the directions to churn. This recipe will make two batches of the table top type ice cream maker. While the ice cream is churning, place cleaned strawberries in a microwave\/oven safe container and microwave until soft. Mash strawberries and either place in the over until reduced to half, or in a pan on the stove top to do the same.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">When ice cream is finished, place in the freezer until hard. Chill strawberry reduction.
