From boldly flavored smoked salts to actual smoking techniques, subtly smoked food is on-trend. The same can be said for spice as we savor heat from harissa, sriracha and smoked paprika. Show us the healthy dish you\u2019re heating up with smoke and\/or spiciness.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I am a woman with little time, but love great tasting foods!\u00a0 So I believe simple is best.\u00a0 My recipe is a go-to one that I use periodically on busy basketball\/soccer\/play practice nights when we have 30 minutes to make dinner, eat, and leave again.\u00a0 Hope you like it!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Eggs A La Cindy<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">6 large eggs<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">4 egg whites (the yolks are cooked for the dogs)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">2 tablespoons skim milk<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 cup saut\u00e9ed mushrooms (canned will do in a hurry&#8211;drain)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 saut\u00e9ed onion or chopped green onions<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">1 teaspoon Ancho chili powder<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup low-fat sharp cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sautee onions and mushrooms for a few minutes, then remove.\u00a0 Mix eggs, egg whites, milk and chili powder together.\u00a0 Pour into the hot skillet that has saut\u00e9ed the onions and the mushrooms.\u00a0 Stir gently until almost set, then add mushrooms and onions back in.\u00a0 Finish with cheddar cheese.\u00a0 Let sit in skillet with hit off until cheese melts.\u00a0 Serve wth fruit and you have dinner!\u00a0 (Or breakfast!).<\/p>\n<p>Check out more articles!<\/p>\n<p><!-- start InLinkz script --><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/new.inlinkz.com\/luwpview.php?id=480237\" rel=\"nofollow\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.inlinkz.com\/img\/wp\/wpImg.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- end InLinkz script --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Recipe Redux challenge this month was to\u00a0showcase our favorite spicy recipe.\u00a0 Here is the exact idea: &#8220;The New Year is heating up with smoke and spiciness.
