font-family: Calibri; text-decoration: underline;\">Chocolate Dipped Lavender Cookies<\/span><\/b><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">By Pinky Kookie on June 28, 2010 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Serves:<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a020-24, <\/span><b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yield:<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 20.0 cookies <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">Ingredients <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">1 cup unsalted butter, softened <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">1 cup sugar (you can use Splenda Blend) <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">1 eggs, beat slightly <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">1 1\/2 cups self-rising flour <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">1 tablespoon lavender flowers, snipped <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 (8 ounce) package semisweet chocolate\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">pieces <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">\u00a0<\/span><b><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">Directions<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet or butter and flour well.\u00a0 Beat butter well with a mixer. Add sugar and beat till combined.\u00a0 Beat in eggs and as much flour as you can get combined with the mixer, then stir in the rest including lavender flowers.\u00a0 Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Space about 2&#8243; apart.\u00a0 Bake at 350\u00baF. for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool.\u00a0 In a saucepan melt chocolate stirring constantly (or melt in the microwave oven on high until well melted.)
