Cranberry Relish with Oranges & Apples
Serves: 8
 
Ingredients
  • 2 oranges, peeled, pith removed, chopped
  • 2 apples, such as gala or fuji, cored, roughly chopped (no need to peel)
  • 24 ounces of fresh cranberries (if frozen, thawed)
  • ½ tsp all spice
  • ½ -2/3 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Combine fruit, all spice, ½ cup of sugar.
  2. Put ingredients in food processor or use emulsion blender to finely chop ingredients. Taste. Add sugar if you think it's too tart. Stir to combine or reprocess if large pieces of fruit remain.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Flavors will develop more overtime. Relish can be made 1-3 days ahead of time.
