Summer Squash Quick Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 heaping Tablespoon vital wheat gluten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup dried onions
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup California black ripe olives, chopped
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until ingredients are just mixed. Place in a greased bread pan, and bake at 350° F for 40-50 minutes or until done when checked with a knife. Let cool, and slice.
